Broccoli "Slaw"

Yum Yum Yum, my new favorite slaw.  
What you need:
4 cups of (dime sized) cut broccoli
4 cups of thinly sliced cabbage 
1/2 cup of sliced scallions 
2 tbsp sesame or almond oil 
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar 
2 tbsp light soy sauce 
1 clove crushed garlic
1/4 cup dried cherries ( or cranberries) chopped up
1/3 cup roasted sunflower seeds

of course feel free to tweak this, make it your own...always better that way

Directions:
Combline cabbage, broccoli, and scallions in large bowl
in seperate, smaller bowl combine oil, viniger, soy sauce, and garlic
finish with sunflower seeds and dried fruit

I rate this a 9/10...sooo good.
